As Hurricane Dorian heads toward the Northern Bahamas, with Florida still in its forecast track, the Caribbean Airlines has cancelled several flights through to Tuesday, September 3.
These include flights September 1&3 between Nassau, Bahamas and Kingston and September 2&3 between Kingston and Fort Lauderdale.
Several other flights between Port of Spain, Trinidad and cities in Florida have been cancelled.
The airline said in a schedule issued Saturday, August 31, “To minimize inconvenience to customers holding confirmed tickets for travel during the period August 30 –08th September, Caribbean Airlines is allowing persons whose travel plans are impacted by Hurricane Dorian to rebook without change fees,” subject to certain conditions.
Customers are advised to visit www.caribbean-airlines.com and check their FLIGHT STATUS before going to the airport or call the Caribbean Airlines Call Centres for further details.
