Jamaican International dancehall artiste, Kranium, who’s real name is Kemar Donaldson, moments ago shared news with his fans on social media that his 2013 hit and breakout single ‘Nobody Has To Know’ is a certified gold track.
The track received the golden stamp from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), on Friday, September 27, as over 500,000 units have been sold.
Kranium’s song producer, Lamar Reynolds, first posted about the certification on his Instagram page. Reynolds, captioned the post “we made history from my basement”
Kranium then posted about the certification thanking Reynolds, and writing: “Mama, I have a gold record”. This is a huge deal for the singer, who is signed to Atlantic Records.
The song has received over 69 million views on YouTube.
