Monday Morning Traffic:

Crowds waiting on buses in Spanish Town

Jamaica Today has a reporter on the bus trying to get to key commuter points in the Kingston Metro Area that includes Spanish town. Here is his first report, this morning

I am in Spanish town and the traffic is chaotic. Hundreds of people are in the bus park waiting on buses to Kingston. However, there are no buses here.

Traffic was truly terrible coming from St Andrew to Spanish Town.

The #23 JUTC bus I took left the Transport Centre, Half Way Tree at 7:32 and got to Spanish Town at 8:45

The #23 goes along Constant Spring Road to Dunrobin Avenue to Washington Boulevard.

That journey was not expected to take so much time, going against the flow of traffic into the Corporate Area.

Stand by for more.
