Phillips’ Road Campaign Starts In Clarendon

Opposition Leader, Dr. Peter Phillips today, October 9, begins his  ‘Duh Road Wid Peter’ meetings in Clarendon.

He will start his tour in Chapleton, then will go on to Summerfield, Pennants, Frankfield and end in Spaulding.

The tour is seen as strategic for the PNP as JLP Member of Parliament for Central Clarendon Pearnel Charles might not contest the next General Elections.

The ‘Duh Road Wid Peter’ road tour is to allow Philips to meet, speak and engage people from all walks of life as he aims to win the support of Jamaicans for him and his party.

The next general elections are constitutionally due by February 2021. However, it can be called earlier by the current Prime Minister Andrew Holness.
