Police Seek Help In Identifying Suspected Suicide Victim

The St. Ann’s Bay Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the body of a man who is believed to have committed suicide in Roaring River, St. Ann’s Bay in St. Ann on Thursday, March 14.

The body appears to be in the late thirties, is of dark complexion and is about 187 centimetres (6 feet 2 inches) tall. The body was clad in a grey shirt and a pair of blue jeans.

Reports from the St. Ann’s Bay Police are that about 11:40 a.m., residents saw the man’s body hanging from a tree with an electrical wire around the neck and called them.

The Police are appealing to persons to provide any information that may be able to assist them by calling the St. Ann’s Bay Police 876-972-2211, the Police 119 emergency number or the nearest Police Station.
