Miss Jamaica World 2019 held its third fast track competition, ‘Miss Beach Beauty’, on the poolside of the Sandals Ocho Rios Beach Resort.
The ladies arrived at the hotel on Friday (afternoon), September 13 with the pageants’ official chaperone Roxene Nickle. The contestants welcome included champagne and a cultural exchange of folk music, dance. The beauties were also thrown a party which included live performances followed by a social on the deck to unwind and interact with the Sandals team and sponsors of the pageant.
The competition saw the contestants bringing their ‘A-game’ to the Beach Beauty Competition, However, it was the 25-year-old commercial model Rochelle Mckinley, who captivated the venue with her charm and beauty as she strutted away with the title of Beach Beauty.
April Marsh and Toni-Ann Singh placed second and third respectively.
This win puts Rochelle a step further to the crown, as she is now officially in the top 10.
The ladies will also compete for the ‘Top Model’ title at Sandals Ocho Rios Beach Resort. The winner will also get a spot in the top 10 and Jamaica Today will have all the details.
The grand coronation show for Miss Jamaica World will be held next Saturday at Jamaica Pegasus Hotel.
