Sections Of St Ann, Manchester And Clarendon Could Get Back Water Supplies Today

Water could be restored today. The National Water Commission (NWC) says it expects to complete by Friday evening, August 9, repairs to mains that have caused disruption of supplies to its customers in three parishes.

The NWC says ongoing repair of a 12″ broken main along the Spalding main road in Manchester, has disrupted water supplies to sections of that parish as also St Ann and Clarendon.

The impacted areas are Spalding Proper, Kyle, Bamboo, Glenco, George North, Baileston, Alston, Limit, Cobbla, Frankfield, Peckam, Laughton, White Shop and surrounding areas.

The Commission says it is working assiduously to complete the necessary repairs and restore water supply by 6:00 p.m. today, August 9, 2019.
