Reputed leader of the Spanish Town-based Klansman Gang Tesha Miller has been charged with murder and conspiracy to murder.
Miller was charged today following a question and answer session at the Half Way Tree Police Station today.
The charges laid against the alleged gangster who has been involved in a long battle with the law include accessory before and after the fact of murder. One of the charges stems back to a 2008 murder.
Miller was picked up by CTOC detectives along with his girlfriend and another man at a shopping plaza in upper St. Andrew on Monday.
A Parish Court judge had given the police until 9 am tomorrow to charge or release him.
He is scheduled to appear at the St. Andrew Parish Court in Half Way Tree on November 9.
